Yoichimai, an original blend of rice supervised by Meisho, a long-established rice shop founded 100 years ago, is a specially selected rice that was created in pursuit of the perfect rice to pair with meat.Each and every grain is cooked at the table, giving it a distinctly sweet taste; the more you chew it, the sweeter it gets, and it goes perfectly with the sauce. *It takes about 20 minutes for the rice to be cooked.
